Product Description and Application
GH2747 is a Fe-Ni-Cr based precipitation hardening deformable superalloy. It is used in the solid solution state, with a long-term working temperature of 1100°C-1250°C, and a short-term use temperature up to 1300°C. It has high strength, good microstructure stability, and excellent oxidation and corrosion resistance. The alloy has good weldability and can be welded using various processes. GH2747 alloy has been used to manufacture high-temperature oxidation-resistant components for aerospace engine combustion chambers and afterburners, as well as various industrial furnace rollers, transmission devices, thermocouple sheaths, and other heat-resistant components. It is especially suitable for high-temperature oxidation-resistant device components in petrochemical, nuclear energy, and metallurgical fields.
